The Customer Service Associate is responsible for greeting and assisting customers with routine questions and requests, handling money, and completing transactions by processing sales, refunds or exchanges quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work independently while also collaborating with other cashiers and supervisors to optimize the overall customer service experience.
