Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.
- Must be able to provide a criminal record check prior to onboarding.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for enhancing client relationships.
- Must have good time management skills and be able to work alone.
