Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, posting, and managing content across multiple platforms(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). This role is perfect for someone who loves being creative, is comfortable in front of a camera, and knows how to make engaging content that drives conversation and brand awareness.
You’ll work closely with our real estate team, learning about the industry while producing content that highlights listings, market insights, community highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post daily/weekly content (short-form videos, reels, stories, posts, vlogs).
- Film and edit engaging video content with a strong focus on real estate and lifestyle branding.
- Be comfortable on camera — recording, speaking directly to viewers, and interviewing clients or team members.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
- Brainstorm new content ideas that connect with our target audience.
- Monitor trends and apply them to real estate content.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Confident and engaging on video — vlogs, Q&As, behind-the-scenes filming.
- Skilled in video editing and content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Creative thinker who knows how to hook attention online.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, agents, and the public.
- Willingness to learn the real estate industry — training provided.
- Self-starter who can take initiative but also work well with a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for real estate or lifestyle brands.
- Photography skills (property tours, lifestyle shots).
- SEO, paid ads, or analytics knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$29.82 per hour
