CASUAL SALES ASSOCIATE
We are currently hiring for a casual sales associate. As a member of our retail team at Hardpressed you will:
- Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet customer’s individual needs.
- Efficiently complete customer purchases, returns, and exchanges through the point-of-sale system, creating a seamless customer experience.
- Educate our customers on our wide range of offerings and our quality brands
- Work with a team of creative, driven, and fun individuals
Key Skillsets:
- Customer Service Excellence: Motivated by building genuine relationships with customers and providing high-quality assistance.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining high levels of accuracy in inventory tagging, quality checks, and order fulfillment.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay flexible and switch between retail sales, online fulfillment, and inventory tasks as priorities shift.
- Interpersonal Communication: Skilled at working collaboratively with a diverse team and fostering an inclusive environment.
Physical & Workspace Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50lbs (e.g., boxes of stock, supplies).
- Must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, and reach during daily inventory checks and retail floor maintenance.
- This position is required to be completed on-site as a customer-facing role.
Shift availability & typical shift times:
- Availability for Saturday shifts (9:45 AM-5:15 PM) and weekday shifts (9:45 AM-5:45 PM) is an asset.
