Residential Cleaner - Teamlead
Dust N Shine is hiring a Team Lead for residential cleaning. If you are a natural born leader, team player, go-getter with a passion for cleaning you’ve come to the right place! This is an excellent position for those looking to further their careers in cleaning. We are only hiring experienced cleaners for this roll.
What we offer?
Tuesday through Friday work days. 8:45am - 4:45pm with occasional (daily earned) over time (3 day weekends!)
Daily gas allowance plus extra pay for out of town jobs
This position is already booked - most jobs are regulars with some one-time work too keep days fully booked
Regular schedules
Hours between 25-35 hrs a week with after hour work available.
Required
-6 months to 1 year supervisory experience
-1 year cleaning experience
-Demonstrate initiative, accountability and leading abilities
-Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate a high level of independence
-Must be reliable and punctual
-Train and supervise new employees and existing team
-Monitor and oversee team’s work
-Ability to motivate and inspire team
-Demonstrate Flexibility
- Great communication skills
-Promote positive communication with team members
-Communicate tactfully and courteously with customers
-Keep in constant communication with office staff and management
-Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and materials
-Ability to physically perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, stooping.
-Knowledge of routine cleaning techniques and procedures.
-Ability to read and understand instructions for the use of cleaning agents.
-Ability to execute and understand oral and written instructions.
-Ability to follow proper procedures and adhere to a strict work schedule.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work assignments.
-Skill in the use of light cleaning equipment and materials.
-Must be physically fit and able to work week days. Must have cell phone, driver’s license, and vehicle.
