Dans ce rôle, vous offrirez un service de gestion des sinistres de grande qualité et anticiperez les besoins des clients en établissant des relations solides et authentiques.

Nous aurons du plaisir à collaborer avec vous parce que vous possédez:
- Une solide expérience en assurances des particuliers et des entreprises, avec une connaissance des sinistres en assurance de biens et de responsabilité
- Un minimum de 5 à 8 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de sinistres multirisques, ainsi que le titre de PAA (CIP) ou en voie de l’obtenir
Permis de l’AMF requis (5a)
- Une expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’experts en sinistres indépendants et de conseillers juridiques lors de l’enquête, de la négociation et du règlement des sinistres, ainsi que la participation à des médiations
- Capacité à demeurer calme, à entretenir des relations positives et à communiquer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique. Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à collaborer pour atteindre les objectifs
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités
- Expérience de travail avec les marchés de Londres sous autorité déléguée en matière de sinistres

Maxwell Claims- A Westland Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Claims Examiner to join our team in Quebec. This is a remote opportunity.
In this role, you will deliver top quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong and authentic relationships.

We will enjoy collaborating with you because you have:
- A solid background in both Personal and Commercial Lines policies with knowledge of property & casualty claims
- Minimum of 5-8 years of multi-line claims handling experience along with a CIP designation or working towards it.
- AMF license required.
- Proven track record of directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel in the investigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims. Assist & participate to mediation.
- Ability to be calm, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who thrives and works well with others to achieve goals.
- Possess strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in working with London Markets under Delegated Claims Authority
