We’re looking for an experienced Residential Framing Foreman to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, can lead a crew, and know how to keep projects on schedule, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a residential framing crew.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential framing experience.
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction.
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
