Kara Mia Restaurants Ottawa Inc. an Ottawa based eatery looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our team, this position is full-time and permanent at 1910 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare awesome meals for our customers
- Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operation, safe and clean work environment;
- Ensure timely requisition of kitchen supplies and fresh products for specialty menu items;
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Line Cook is preferred, especially in Italian restaurants.
- Post-secondary education (training/ certification/ diploma) in culinary studies, catering or hospitality is an asset.
