Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Working directly with Managers & Petroleum Tecs. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, with strong English communication abilities to support clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers and answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Work directly with Managers & Petroleum Tecs
- Assist with bookkeeping as needed
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing support via phone and email
- Maintain organization of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning workspace, able to multi-task efficiently
- Ordering parts & recording inventory
- Counter sales - including shipping & receiving
EXPERIENCE
- Customer service experience is necessary to handle client interactions professionally in the Petroleum Industry of Sales, Service & Construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
