We're looking for a full-time Retail Manager to take ownership of our two retail locations. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys leading by example, making decisions, and finding new ways to improve both the customer and team experience.
What does the job look like?
You'll be responsible for creating stores that customers enjoy visiting and teams that enjoy coming to work.
Some days you'll be helping a customer choose the perfect bottle. Other days you'll be building eye-catching displays, planning promotions, coaching your team, reviewing sales, receiving inventory, or creating content for social media.
No two days are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes the role so rewarding.
Your day could include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of two retail locations
- Coaching, scheduling, and supporting retail team members
- Creating attractive displays and seasonal merchandising
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing inventory, ordering, and stock presentation
- Creating and publishing social media content
- Reviewing sales and identifying opportunities for growth
- Using Microsoft 365 and retail software to manage daily operations
- Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming stores

Requirements
- Previous management experience in retail
- Valid ProServe certification
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license
- Reliable transportation to travel between our two retail locations
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new software
- Full-time availability, including occasional Saturdays
