Fixed Operations Coordinator for Central Nova Subaru
At Central Nova Hyundai the Fixed Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the fixed operations including both parts & service. Assisting and coordoinating with the management and staff of both departments with the goal of exceeding customer service expectations throughout. Duties will also include achieving success in the execution of long-term strategic planning goals to increase profitability and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting in the hiring of employees for positions within the parts and service departments.
· Assisting in employee performance evaluations and developing short and long-term goals for each department
· Assist in planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually
· Effectively communicating with the dealer operator weekly to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
· Paying close attention to daily fixed operations and dealership absorption rates, recommending, and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
· Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and are in full compliance with Subaru Canada policies and procedures
· Directing and implementing the policies and procedures of the dealerships to employees and ensuring these are understood and followed accordingly.
· Supplying timely and accurate information for the monthly financial statement
· Monitoring and assisting in the management of parts inventory levels proficiently while following company policy.
· Coordinating regular meetings with the staff of the parts and service departments to ensure profitability and efficiency expectations
· Ensure customer satisfaction by building ongoing relationships with customer base, resolving customer issues related to the dealership and/or product.
· Ensuring a customer call-backs program is in place to ensure the highest possible satisfaction rates.
· Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure all employees possess a client centered approach to achieve excellent OEM customer service scores.
· Assist in creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the fixed operations departments
· Protect and preserve the integrity of the company.
· Other duties as assigned by the Dealership Operator

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
