As a Budtender, you’ll be the first point of contact, guiding customers through product choices, ensuring compliance with all AGCO regulations, and creating a welcoming experience that keeps them coming back.

Requirements:
- Must Be 19 years of age or older
- Must Have Valid CannSell Standard Certification
- Must Be Able to provide a clean criminal background check
- Must Have 1+ year of cannabis retail experience
- Must Be Knowledge of cannabis laws, AGCO regulations, and retail compliance

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment
- Educate customers on cannabis products to help them make informed decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changing regulations
- Operate the Greenline POS system, handle cash and transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
