Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional wine experience for all of our guests. Primary objective is to ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience, and that they will want to return again and again.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily operations in hospitality spaces to ensure maximum customer service balancing fiscal requirements
- Overseeing setup, execution, & closing tasks
- Custom design menus & signage as needed to work within the brand imaging
- Act as manager-on-duty and oversee staff and operations
- Inventory management and ordering
- Coordinate required elements to assist with organization and delivery of first-class guest experiences (tastings and events)
- Manage customer relations and offer up different opportunities to create business via our social media channels (Instagram and website)
- Administrative work on computer related to guest experience reservations
- Providing on the floor team leadership daily.
- Involvement and assisting in execution of Social Media content and planning.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of on-site events as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by Estate Managers
Qualifications:
- Post secondary Education
- Minimum 3 years sales/customer service experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proven ability to multitask
- Strong math skills
- Proven experience building business relationships
- Strong problem solving & organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of wines would be an asset
- Availability: 5 days per week all year; Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and evenings all year round
- Proven hospitality experience, ability to motivate and work with a team and people management skills
Pay: $23.08 per hour
