We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Logistics Sales & Operations Specialist to serve as the primary "boots on the ground" for Kinetic Movers Inc. You will be responsible for visiting client sites in the region to assess move volume, providing accurate on-site estimates, closing the sale, and managing the financial processing for each job.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Estimates & Booking: Conduct thorough in-person surveys at client homes or businesses to assess the volume, complexity, and specific requirements of their move.
Sales & Closing: Act as the face of the company by building rapport, explaining our services, answering inquiries, and effectively handling customer objections to secure firm bookings.
Payment & Financial Processing: Manage the end-to-end payment process for all booked jobs, including collecting deposits, securing final payments, and accurately updating financial records within our CRM.
Logistics Planning: Analyze move requirements to determine the most cost-effective and efficient solutions, including evaluating 12-foot and 16-foot truck configurations for long-distance routes.
CRM Integration: Document all lead information, estimate data, customer interactions, and payment status within our CRM (GoHighLevel) to trigger automated workflows and follow-ups.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to communicate move specifics and payment confirmation, ensuring that the transition from sale to execution is seamless.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Local Availability: Must be physically located in the Brampton/Mississauga area and possess reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable entering client homes and building trust.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess goods, calculate costs, and maintain precise financial records.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using CRM software to manage your sales pipeline and daily activity.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a territory effectively.
Pay: Up to $119,679.63 per year
