Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using typing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure organized office operations
- Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply management, and correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area in accordance with office standards
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally and courteously
- Familiarity with front desk procedures and administrative support functions
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
