We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial and residential spaces.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as needed during the cleaning process.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing custodial tasks.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
