Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our GMP-regulated production facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment within a GMP environment, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with GMP standards and SOPs
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers following documented procedures
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and production documentation accurately and in real time
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets specifications
- Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with GMP housekeeping requirements
- Assist with material handling, inventory management, and warehouse activities as needed
- Participate in routine training and stay current with GMP regulatory updates
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device)
- Familiarity with GMP regulations (Health Canada, FDA, or ISO standards)
- Experience completing batch records and following SOPs is required
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, work instructions, and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Forklift certification is an asset; training may be provided
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
