Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various retail and technology environments. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to diverse audiences
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients over the phone
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks during busy retail hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related customer service roles
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain technical features
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with upselling techniques is desirable
