Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hockey Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching hockey, with the ability to engage and motivate athletes of all skill levels. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance skills and develop players.
Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, ensuring participants understand techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages questions and fosters confidence in the water.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure consistency in training methods and objectives.
- Must be reliable, punctual and committed to schedule
Requirements
- Experience in teaching or coaching, training possible for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of individuals.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their personal goals.
