Busy Concrete Company is seeking to hire a full time Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher.
Job Duties:
- Execute the shipment of concrete each day to both meet customer expectations and achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Use computer models paired with availability schedules to determine optimal customer order scheduling for future work.
- Prepare work schedules for employees based on future demand.
- Availability for flexible work schedules is required.
Required Skills or Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concrete Dispatcher&Batcher.
- ACI Certification
- Batch concrete using computerized system.
- Flexibility to meet changing daily production schedules.
- Strong computer skills mandatory.
- Ability to use Windows 7 and the public Internet is mandatory.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to work well with and motivate others to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
- Able to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
