Nutters Everyday Naturals is seeking passionate, driven and dedicated Wellness Associates to join our team. As a Wellness Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wellness products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the wellness industry and enjoy working with people.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about the wellness industry
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Driven to achieve store goals and objectives
- Experience in retail sales and/or grocery is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to lift and move inventory
- Customer Service, Retail, or Grocery experience an asset
Core Accountabilities to meet Company Objectives:
- Appealing merchandising, inventory rotation and management, cycle counts, signage and pricing accuracy, facing in all areas of the store (supplements, grocery, produce, bulk)
- Support receiving processes, and point of sale customer interactions
- Assist and educate customer on product benefits, supporting customers with their health concerns and goals
- Engaging communication skills
- A strong commitment to the company core values to help drive the profitability and sales targets
- A good understanding of the nutritional and health benefits of a proper diet will be an asset
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Knowledgeably promoting our high-quality wellness products
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
