Job Title: Individual Therapist to see Veterans
Reports To: Clinical Director
Status: Independent Contractor
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications (range $79-$83 per session)
We are currently seeking an independent contractor who has a Master’s Degree, is certified to practice psychotherapy with individuals in the province of Ontario, has passed the Qualifying stage and is working toward Independent status, and is a veteran or has experience working with veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces. Services should be in person at our main office (804 Greenbank Rd) or another site that is accessible. QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Master’s Degree in Counselling or Social Work, or other applicable Master’s degrees
§ Current full registration to practice as a psychotherapist in Ontario through CRPO or OCSWSSW, or other recognized professional college that has passed the Qualifying stage and working toward independent status.
§ At least 2-3 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist
§ Clear demonstration of strong clinical skills working with individuals
§ Clear demonstration of strong administrative stills (eg. invoicing, progress notes, scheduling)
§ Ability to see clients both in-person and online required
§ Is a Veteran or has experience working with Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces
§ Current Vulnerable Sector Check
§ Team mindset
§ Capacity to integrate spirituality into psychotherapy
