We are seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to join our team in a busy commercial print shop. You will be responsible for operating bindery and finishing equipment such as:
- Duplo or Horizon multi-binding equipment
- Paper cutters
- Folding machines
- Die cutters
- Other related finishing and bindery equipment
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain bindery equipment to ensure high-quality output
- Perform accurate cutting, folding, binding, and finishing according to job specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial print shop bindery environment
- Proficiency with Duplo or Horizon multi-binding equipment, paper cutters, folding machines, and die cutters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills; English fluency is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
