Gallant Parts & Tools is adding a SALES PERSON, TO SELL BOTH IN STORE AND ON THE ROAD (Greater Moncton and surrounding area).
Base pay - plus Commission
Role and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)-
In our automotive parts store, you are the primary contact with the customers, helping them find the parts, accessories and tools they are looking for. You will need to find parts matching the description given through various online electronic tools.
Out in the Market you are a face to OUR name!
Primary responsibilities:
- Delivering a high level of customer service in a face-to-face, over the phone or in a virtual environment
- Utilizing various computer systems to look up the correct parts for customers
- Ensuring customers orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
- Process payments, manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Visiting customers on-site to advise on new products and sale items.
- Making regular calls to current and potential customers offering services and specials over the phone.
- Selling Aftermarket Auto parts, Accessories, Tools, Equipment, and Industrial Supplies.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in the industry is an asset
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
- Computer experience mandatory
Required language:
- English and French is an asset
Qualifications and Education Requirements
As a small company, we do not need any particular certification or education. Someone curious, courteous, good team player and be able to learn in an ever changing industry is what we are looking for.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$34.90 per hour
