The Role
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and reliable Carpenter with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our crew. Because we handle everything from demolition and framing to final finishing, we need someone who is versatile, knows their way around a residential job site, and can confidently tackle any stage of the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of rough and finish carpentry for new residential builds and renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and building codes.
- Work collaboratively with other trades, subcontractors, and team members from the start of a project to the final walkthrough.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in residential carpentry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of residential construction
- Skills: Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Tools: Must possess your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to problem-solve on the fly.
