Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to create an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and service areas.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Promote featured menu items, craft beers, cocktails, and brewery products.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred.
- Bartending experience is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of craft beer, brewing styles, and local beer culture is an asset.
- Must have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A dependable team player who is willing to support coworkers during busy periods.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, carrying heavy trays, and regularly serving tables on both the main floor and upstairs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
