As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients. Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their desired hairstyle
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products for their needs
- Actively participate in retail sales by promoting and selling hair care products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with expertise in various hair cutting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of current trends in hair styling
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver precise haircuts
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
