Job Summary

Duties
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately
- Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues
- Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional products or services that benefit the customer
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve ongoing concerns
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
