High School Position
Prairie Sky Crop Solutions and RPL Farms are looking for quality individuals to join our growing team. Prairie Sky is an agricultural retail in the Niverville area that specializes in seed sales, pesticides, and aerial application. On top of the retail business, we operate a grain farm producing high-quality pedigreed cereal seed as well as soybeans, corn and canola.
We're looking for someone who's reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn new things. In turn, you can learn how an aerial application business operates and work closely with our fleet with non-flight related tasks around the aircraft. You'll be part of a friendly, team-oriented staff and have lots of opportunity to learn new skills.
Responsibilities would include:
- Mowing grass and maintaining the farmyard
- Trimming weeds and maintaining general landscaping
- Cleaning and organizing farm buildings and work areas
- Cleaning farm equipment and planes
- Assist with general maintenance tasks
- Support day-to-day farm operations
Term: Summer employment from June to the end of September (end dates are negotiable to accommodate schooling)
