Job Overview
We are seeking full time painters for work in Innisfail and area. No prior experience needed and all safety and painting training is provided. Our painting season starts in May and finishes in the end of August.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion
- Apply paint and stain using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to facilitate surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Follow safety protocols related to the use of chemicals, equipment, and working at heights when necessary. .
- Maintain cleanliness of work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with working at heights and on ladders
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
