Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking a compatible team member to effectively assist in the management of a portfolio of assets/properties, with a mix of both townhouse and apartment style condominiums under the title of Condominium Management & Administrative Assistant. Successful applicants may have the opportunity to advance within the business to a position of Condominium Manager. Corresponding licensing courses and exam fees are paid in-house to qualified employees under our corporate employee continuing education program.

- Monday to Friday.
- Salary range - as denoted in Ad; dependent on experience.
Summary Position Mandate
- Effectively deal with written and verbal communications and requests from unit owners, tenants, Board Members and internal work associates.
- Review and referral for approval of monthly operational, capital improvement and special project invoices.
- Prepare progress reports where applicable for special projects.
- Preparation and review of Monthly Management Report for Condominium Manager.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets for Condominium Manager review.
- Assist in the collection of Arrears as required.
- Working with the Condominium Manager & Board Members in carrying out directives as assigned.
- Conducting Site visitations as instructed by Condominium Manager.
- Assisting with insurance claims as directed by Condominium Manager.
- Scheduling of annual, seasonal and other preventative maintenance contracts as directed by Condominium Manager.
- Effectively assist in the management of trade contracts and contractors as directed by Condominium Manager.
- Assist with preparation of materials for regular evening board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Effectively and efficiently monitor and handle all administrative and clerical duties as required.
- Other sundry duties as assigned.
