Job description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in restoration is an asset, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, mould, and flood restoration work.
- Complete demolition, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with customers.
- Respond to emergency restoration calls as required.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must have your own required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety glasses, gloves, and any other job-required protective equipment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour.
- Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or general labour experience.
- Experience using restoration equipment is considered an asset.
