Outgoing & Engaging: Comfortable connecting with dozens of interested tenants weekly via text, messenger, and in-person showings, with a warm and approachable personality.
Well-Presented: Professional appearance and demeanor to represent properties with confidence.
Bilingual : Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in other languages is also valued.
Driven & Hardworking: Motivated to pursue leads and secure leases with determination.
Punctual & Articulate: Always on time and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Problem Solver: Skilled at addressing challenges and finding solutions efficiently.
Organized: Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and smartphones to manage communications, create ads, and handle digital applications seamlessly.
Mobile: Must have a reliable car for property showings and client meetings.
Experience in real estate or other related fields is valued, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Photograph apartments to showcase their appeal for listings.
- Create and post compelling online ads to attract prospective tenants.
- Conduct property showings to highlight features and benefits for interested apartment seekers.
- Collect tenant information and prepare lease applications accurately.
- Maintain a professional and proactive approach to leasing activities, engaging with interested tenants
