Locally owned, Club Pilates studios in Winnipeg are Club Pilates Tuxedo and Club Pilates St. Vital. With a third location being planned, there are growth opportunities with the company.
POSITION
Reporting to the studio General Manager, the Sales Associate is a key team member who generates new membership sales directly, books prospective members into an Intro Class at the studio, and provides high-quality concierge services to members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail and private training sales
- A team player who collaborates with others to achieve sales and service goals
- A passion for fitness. Pilates knowledge or background is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills including ability to learn and use the Club Pilates software
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday and perform light cleaning duties
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Provide high quality and timely service to studio members
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and identifying individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality Intro Class appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events (fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the club
- Continuously developing selling skills
- Light cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
