POSITION OVERVIEWIn this role you will be responsible for producing mechanical designs using AutoCAD, performing heat loss calculations, and sizing ducts with the help of Excel. HVAC Designs will provide comprehensive training if you're not familiar with heat loss calculations or drawing procedures just yet.
JOB DUTIES-
Heat loss / gain calculations to be completed daily on housing projects
- Mechanical drawings to be drawn

Various other tasks throughout the office as required
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:-
Strong knowledge in AutoCAD and Excel (previous experience as an Engineering Technologist or Technician an asset)

Knowledge of Revit is an asset
- Organization and the ability to manage several projects concurrently

Attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality of work

COMPENSTATION-

Standard 40-hour work week 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on site in Ajax
