At Tirecraft Port Coquitlam, we are a Tire & Wheel shop first and foremost.
We are seeking a Sales Advisor join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in Tires & Wheels, Suspension and Brakes.
Someone who enjoys helping customers and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones and helping customers find the right tires or services for their vehicle. They will also be responsible for selling to customers through online leads, as well as, working closely with the Service Manager to maintain organization.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns

- Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, providing accurate estimates and timelines
*
- Write detailed repair orders, including necessary parts and labor descriptions
*
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of services
*
- Upsell additional services or repairs that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while maintaining integrity
*
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage billing procedures
*
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
*
- Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions, repairs, and recommendations
*
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area
*
- Collect and record customer information.
*
- Advise on repairs and additional work for telephone and online customers.
*
- Order parts for vehicles when needed.
*
- Explain warranty information to customers.
*
- Handle customer complaints & concerns in a kind & respectful manner.

- Maintain communications with Service Manager
*
- Remain calm and patient in all situations.
*
- Ensure an amazing customer experience.
