THE ROLE
You’re the frontman/frontwoman of our retail stage. Your mission? Lead the team, kill the sales targets, and keep the store looking legendary.
- Own the Floor: You lead from the front, setting the pace and showing the team how elite service is done.
- Build the Crew: You’ll recruit, onboard, and train a squad that’s as reliable and motivated as you are.
- Master the Mechanics: From inventory precision to visual merchandising that pops, you treat the store like your own kingdom.
- No Dull Moments: You’ll handle everything from scheduling and POS flows to coaching your team into retail rockstars.
