THE OPPORTUNITY
Kryton International, a highly respected global innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a high-performing HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our Human Resources and Administration team. This full-time, permanent, on-site role combines reception and office administration with customer order coordination. You will welcome visitors and callers, help keep the workplace organized and professional, and support accurate, timely order processing for Canadian and international customers. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Corporate Services Manager for administration and order-processing responsibilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer-facing work with time-sensitive administrative tasks. You communicate clearly, take initiative, follow through, and stay composed as priorities shift. You enjoy collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, customers, vendors, and colleagues, and you can also work independently with minimal supervision.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception, Guest Services and Switchboard Administration (25%): Greet visitors; notify hosts; offer refreshments; answer, screen, and direct calls; relay messages; maintain the phone system and extension list; and keep reception welcoming, organized, and attended.

Office Administration, Facilities and Mail Services (25%): Coordinate meeting rooms and common areas; monitor supplies and prepare requisitions; work with vendors and facilities providers; and manage mail, couriers, shipments, deliveries, and related records.

Order Processing and Customer Coordination (50%): Process local and international purchase orders; prepare quotations and record transactions in CRM and ERP systems; coordinate credit and payment requirements with Finance; collaborate with Operations and Logistics on production and shipments; track orders; provide timely customer and Territory Manager updates; support product selection; and maintain accurate records.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Experience: One to two years of administration experience is an asset; customer service or order-processing experience is also valued.

Communication: Strong spoken English and above-average business writing skills.

Organization: Excellent attention to detail, time management, coordination, follow-through, initiative, and adaptability.

Technology: Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, ERP, or HR information systems is an asset.

Work requirements: Available to work on-site Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 5 kg.

Expected annual salary range: 48,000.00 – 52,000.00
