A professional Foot Clinic in Bolton is seeking a part- time patient experience coordinator who is friendly, reliable and able to commit, long term for evenings and rotational Saturdays.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for all patient's attending the Foot Specialist's (Chiropodist) clinic.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in reading and writing English
- Experience working in a similar role an asset, not necessary
- Must have excellent customer service and computer skills
- Must be organized/attention to detail
- Must be a team player and reliable
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Booking appointments
- Confirming patent's appointments
- Handle phone/email inquiries
- Entering/updating/ patient data & third party coverage into the EMR software
- Send & respond to emails in a timely manner
- Process payments & Invoices
- Process product sales
- Prepare paperwork for products & services
- Scanning & linking documents to patients files
- Call third party Insurance for coverage
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Google
- Ability to learn quickly EMR software
- Stock supplies
- Disinfecting between patient's
- End of day general cleaning of the clinic & garbage removal
This position is strictly for candidates looking for a Part-Time position/long term basis. Evenings and Saturdays. Start times for weekdays are 2 or 3pm.
