The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Technical Solution Delivery Consultant to join our team in a critical post-sales capacity. In this role, you will act as the trusted technical advisor and primary execution partner for our enterprise clients, guiding them from post-contract signature all the way to a successful platform integration and live production launch.
You will bridge the gap between complex financial API architecture and our customers' business goals, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid time-to-market, and long-term customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Technical Onboarding & Architecture: Lead the technical discovery and solution design phase for newly signed enterprise clients. Map customer business requirements to VoPay’s API endpoints and webhooks.-
Hands-on Integration Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact during integration. Assist client engineering teams with code reviews, API troubleshooting, authentication, payload structures, and testing in sandbox environments.

Project Delivery Management: Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. Define integration milestones, manage risk, track timelines, and remove technical blockers to ensure on-time launches.

Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on VoPay’s product suite, payment rails (ACH, EFT, Interac, Real-time payments), security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs, feed product feedback back into our roadmap, and smooth out operational handoffs.

Process & Documentation: Continuously refine integration playbooks, sample code snippets, developer documentation, and testing frameworks to scale the delivery team’s efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in a client-facing technical delivery role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant), preferably in a B2B SaaS or Fintech/Payments environment.-
Technical Proficiency:

Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and SDKs.

Proficiency reading and troubleshooting code in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Node.js, PHP, Java, or C#).

Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and web log analysis.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment flows, banking rails, embedded finance, or fintech platforms is a major asset.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills—you love digging into logs and payload structures to solve complex integration puzzles.

Familiarity with payment compliance standards (PCI-DSS, AML/KYC requirements).
