As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced leader to oversee and evolve one of their core service offerings, their 360 Assessment practice.
This is a Senior Director, 360 Assessments position reporting to the SVP of Coaching & Development.
This role combines operational leadership, people management, quality assurance, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of interview-based 360 Assessment practice while helping scale and strengthen the department for continued growth.
Working alongside a team of writers and assessment professionals, the Senior Director will ensure every assessment is delivered with exceptional quality, consistency, and insight. In addition to leading the department, this individual will remain hands-on by conducting interviews, writing assessment reports, reviewing complex deliverables, and supporting client debriefs where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership for the 360 Assessment department and supporting its continued growth
- Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of assessment professionals and writers
- Managing departmental workflows, resource planning, and overall operational efficiency
- Overseeing the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all 360 Assessment reports
- Conducting confidential leadership interviews with executives, peers, managers, and direct reports
- Synthesizing qualitative interview data into thoughtful, balanced, executive-level assessment reports
- Serving as the senior reviewer for complex or high-profile assessments
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall department effectiveness
- Partnering closely with Coaching, Learning & Development, and Operations to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Helping shape the future direction and scalability of the 360 Assessment practice

Our client is seeking an experienced leader with a background in 360 Assessments, leadership consulting, organizational development, talent assessment, or a related discipline.
The successful candidate combines strong writing ability with strong operational leadership and enjoys improving processes, mentoring teams, and delivering outstanding client work.
This role is best suited to someone who demonstrates:
- Direct experience working with 360 Assessments or leadership assessment programs
- Excellent writing skills with experience producing executive-level reports
- Experience conducting confidential interviews and synthesizing qualitative feedback into clear, balanced insights
- Previous people leadership experience, including coaching and developing direct reports
- Strong operational and project management capabilities
- A passion for building efficient, scalable processes and improving team effectiveness
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently within a fully remote environment
Experience within leadership consulting, executive coaching, organizational development, talent management, Learning & Development, or HR consulting environments would be considered highly desirable.

Competitive compensation is anticipated in the range of
$95,000-$105,000 CAD.
