REGIONAL RETAIL STORE COORDINATOR – HALIFAX REGION
FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Our inspiration comes from a passion to both preserve the time-honoured craft of pewter-making and to continue to expand the creative boundaries of pewter design. Are you someone who could give the same level of creativity and attention to detail in showcasing and delivering our designs to visitors in our shops? If you’re the kind of person who can switch from coaching staff, to solving a scheduling puzzle, to helping a visitor find the perfect keepsake – all before lunch – you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
A day in the life of the Regional Retail Store Coordinator might include:
· Cruising between our four HRM locations - Waterfront, Airport, Cruise Pavilion, Peggy’s Cove – checking in with your teams and keeping things running smoothly.
· Turning great customer service into unforgettable experiences that will inspire your staff.
· Driving key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and productivity, to achieve store performance goals.
· Providing visitors with a “wow” experience by offering in-store tours, showing them how a solid ingot of pewter becomes a hand-crafted keepsake.
· Playing staffing superhero when schedules need a little creative juggling.
· Rolling up your sleeves to set up the Cruise Pavilion and Peggy’s Cove locations before the tourism season starts to ramp up…and packing it all away as the season winds down.
· Creating eye-catching displays that stop people in their tracks and invite them into the store.
· Connecting with our Mahone Bay team to share what’s happening on the ground.

- Have reliable transportation and can travel between locations throughout HRM.
- Can work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays and busy tourism periods as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
