All candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have successfully completed a Dental Hygiene Program. Must be registered as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
Position Description: This is a part-time temporary position. Wage is based on experience. This individual’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Performing preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, and topical fluoride, and sealants
- Examining teeth
- Serve as an oral health advocate and educator
- Taking dental records including digital x-rays, periodontal probing, and dental impressions
- Documenting detailed notes and recording/updating patient medical histories and medication lists
- Schedule auditing and treatment planning
- Establish and maintain great patient relationships
Job Types: Part-time Temporary
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
