Polycrete Restorations is looking for a dependable and hardworking Concrete Injection Technician to join our team! We specialize in restoring concrete structures and waterproofing—working on parkades, plaza decks, retail spaces, and structural repair projects across the Lower Mainland.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support crews on active job sites with daily concrete repair and injection work (epoxy, polyurethane and acrylate)
- Perform preparation, setup, and injection processes using a variety of systems
- Assist with overhead and structural restoration work
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, epoxy systems, and concrete finishing tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, free of hazards and debris
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
- Work closely with site teams to complete projects efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years xxperience in construction, concrete, and concrete restoration work
- Prior experience working with epoxy, polyurethane and acrylate injections
- Experience in Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) would be a strong asset
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in the field
- Experience with trowels, power tools and other construction hand tools as they apply to injection work
- Comfortable working in different environments and conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform overhead work and lift materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Working Conditions
- Primarily at active construction sites both indoor (parkades), and outside
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Required to wear necessary PPE – mask respirator, coveralls, gloves
- Work across the Lower Mainland, with occasional local travel to Fraser Valley or Whistler
- Physically active role involving lifting, bending, and working at heights
