Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cell Phone Repair Store Manager to lead our retail location. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management, sales strategies, and technical repair processes. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining store performance, merchandising, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, and inventory management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance store profitability
- Manage purchasing and pricing decisions to optimize product availability and margins
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities
- Monitor store performance through sales analysis, budgeting, and bookkeeping to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that promotes a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience with a strong background in sales management and team supervision
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory control, and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
- Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities are preferred for serving diverse customers
- Experience in purchasing, pricing strategies, marketing, and budgeting within a retail setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in phone repair or electronics retail is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of customer service
