Tanrock Homes is a custom home builder based in the Crowsnest Pass specializing in high end mountain modern homes. We are a small (but big at the same time), growing team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things the right way. We are looking to add a Site Labourer / Field Carpenter to our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow alongside a young and ambitious company.
We are not just looking for another labourer. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, hardworking, honest, and takes ownership in their work. Someone who hustles, shows up ready to work, and fits well with a crew that values respect, accountability, and doing things right the first time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with framing, carpentry, and general construction tasks
Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Work closely with the Tanrock team to keep projects moving efficiently
Take pride in producing quality work and paying attention to the small details
Show ambition, urgency, and a care for what you do
On site construction and carpentry tasks (this will evolve and be based on experience)
Basic Requirements:
Carpentry or construction experience is required for the position
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Basic hand tools
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
