Job Summary
Bourgault Industries Ltd. is looking for a CNC Machinist to produce components that conform to engineering specifications while meeting production and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and consistently manufacture parts daily while conforming to specifications, safety and effciently
- Manage, control and provide input for the flow of materials and information
- Perform general preventative equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime
- Continuous improvement of processes, including CNC programs and documentations of standard work
- Operate equipment safetly and conscientiously
Required Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of fabrication/CNC machining processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Creativity and a focus on continuous improvement

Starting Wage
$21.50-$43.06 - Starting wage is dependent on experience.
