We are hiring a motivated installer to join our growing premium protective film business in the Vancouver market.
This position will start on a full-time basis, scheduled around confirmed projects. As our workload continues to grow.
RCS Vancouver specializes in high-end surface protection solutions for residential and commercial spaces, including PROSHIELD protective film for natural stone countertops, architectural window tint, privacy film, and security film.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in learning a skilled trade within a growing niche industry. Some experience is required working with window films (automotive or residential) and or PPF.
What You’ll Do:
- Install protective film on natural stone countertops, windows, glass, and other surfaces
- Assist with preparation, cleaning, measuring, cutting, and installation
- Work on residential, commercial, and luxury projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
- Help protect high-end surfaces such as marble, quartzite, glass, and architectural finishes
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized job site
- Work with care, precision, and attention to detail
- Represent the brand in a professional manner when working in clients’ homes, offices, hotels, and commercial spaces
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience required, but experience with window tint, PPF, vinyl, wrapping, construction, glass, stone, detailing, or trades is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working on your feet and using basic tools
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Clean appearance and respectful attitude around clients
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred
- Reliable transportation is an asset
Compensation:
- Starting wage is $25 but also based on experience
- Training wage available for applicants with no experience
