We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our med spa team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, has strong attention to detail, and can keep the day running smoothly while creating a warm, elevated client experience.
As the first face clients see when they walk in, you’ll help set the tone for every appointment. We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, professional, team-focused, and comfortable supporting both clients and providers in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients warmly when they arrive and offering refreshments
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a kind, professional, and helpful way
- Listening to voicemails and making sure concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly
- Processing client payments and checkouts accurately and efficiently
- Following provider instructions carefully for client-related tasks
- Providing day-to-day support to providers and other team members
- Taking high-quality before-and-after photos and uploading them to the client file
- Keeping the med spa clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day
- Completing assigned daily checklists and responsibilities without needing constant supervision
- Communicating with staff in a kind, respectful, and courteous manner
- Representing the clinic professionally at all times, both inside and outside of work
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
- Experience using booking software or scheduling platforms is an asset
- Previous experience in a med spa, salon, clinic, or beauty/wellness environment is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with clients and staff
- Reliable, punctual, and able to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision
- Willingness to learn about treatments, products, and clinic processes
