Position Overview
Seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and support cloud-based HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.)
- Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll integration, and talent management
- Manage system integrations with SAP and third-party tools
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance
- Provide user training and support
Required Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Integration experience (SAP HCM / APIs)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
- SuccessFactors certifications
- Experience with global HR implementations
